Das neue Modell mit der Bezeichnung VE2C-K wird auf der bevorstehenden Messe \u201ePlast\u201c in Mailand vorgestellt.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Entwickelt f\u00fcr Blasfolienanwendungen<\/h2>\n<p>Im Rahmen seines kontinuierlichen Engagements im Bereich der Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung hat der d\u00e4nische Hersteller Vetaphone die Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen Modells angek\u00fcndigt. Das Modell VE2C-K wurde speziell f\u00fcr Blasfolienanwendungen entwickelt und hergestellt und eignet sich ideal f\u00fcr den vertikalen Bahnlauf dieses Extrusionsverfahrens. Es bietet uneingeschr\u00e4nkten Zugang f\u00fcr das Einf\u00e4deln der Bahn und ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Rollen mit einem Durchmesser von 200 mm ausgestattet, um bei Bedarf eine hohe Coronaladung bew\u00e4ltigen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vetaphone wei\u00df, dass zuverl\u00e4ssige Leistung f\u00fcr einen reibungslosen Non-Stop-Betrieb unerl\u00e4sslich ist, insbesondere bei nachgelagerten Verarbeitungsprozessen. Es vereint unsere 75-j\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in der Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung mit den neuesten Fertigungstechniken und bietet so eine Coronabehandlungsanlage, die Extrudierer einfach \u201eeinstellen und vergessen\u201c k\u00f6nnen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Der Schl\u00fcssel zur Erzielung gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Dyne-Werte auf einer Vielzahl von Substraten liegt in der Kombination aus hocheffizienten Generatoren und dem optimalen Design der Coronastation, die mit fortschrittlichen Elektroden ausgestattet ist.<\/p>\n<p>Vetaphone-Generatoren sind in einer OEM-integrierten Version erh\u00e4ltlich, was Herstellern die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, Design und Gesamtkosten zu optimieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus stehen neben Vetaphones eigener iCC8-HMI mehrere propriet\u00e4re Feldbus-Optionen zur Verf\u00fcgung, darunter Profinet, Modbus und Powerlink, um die Anbindung an das Leitsystem des OEM zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<h2>Maximale Betriebszeit f\u00fcr die Produktion<\/h2>\n<p>Wie alle Vetaphone-Coronastationen erm\u00f6glicht die VE2C-K dem Bediener die Einrichtung von Segmenten f\u00fcr Teil- oder Vollbehandlung sowie die Wartung in wenigen Minuten und sorgt so f\u00fcr maximale Betriebszeit in der Produktion.<\/p>\n<p>Die Spezifikationen f\u00fcr die VE2C-K umfassen standardm\u00e4\u00dfig Behandlungsbreiten von 950 mm bis 2600 mm, andere Breiten sind jedoch auf Anfrage erh\u00e4ltlich. Die Betriebsgeschwindigkeit betr\u00e4gt bis zu 500 m\/min, weit mehr als die aktuellen Liniengeschwindigkeiten bei Blasfolienanlagen, wodurch das System zukunftssicher f\u00fcr alle kommenden Entwicklungen in der Branche ist.
