A ‘thank you’ to Stan Farnsworth
Dr Alain Schumacher thanked Stan Farnsworth, PulseForge, for his six years of leadership at OE-A board of directors. “With his experience in marketing and passion for deep-tech, Stan strongly inspired the OE-A community to enhance out-of-the-box and market-oriented thinking, focusing on challenges and opportunities of printed electronics. Under Stan’s leadership, the OE-A working group marketing was established, reflecting the growing importance of market-related tasks and topics for our industry to support members’ marketing efforts.”
“For years, printed electronics has been playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives. Market studies predict a continued strong growth over the next decade. Advances along the entire value chain from research to production technologies and new market trends, together with the shift to a circular economy are driving disruptive innovations and creating numerous applications within the sweet spot of printed electronics. I look forward to strengthening OE-A’s position as the leading international industry association together with the new board,” says Schumacher “and support LOPEC, as the premier global marketplace for the flexible and printed electronics industry.”
