API Transfer Technologies appoints Daniel Constandse

Signalling a clear acceleration of its European ambitions, API Transfer Technologies has appointed Daniel Constandse as its new Regional General Manager, effective January 2026. His appointment is intended to strengthen the company’s commercial operations and support ambitious growth across the DACH, France, and Benelux regions.

Decades of industrial leadership experience

Daniel Constandse brings extensive expertise in commercial leadership and market development, making him a strong addition to API Transfer Technologies. His career is marked by a consistent record of driving growth and building high-performance teams within leading industrial organisations.

Previously, as Commercial Leader for South-West Europe at ANDRITZ Feed and Biofuel, he successfully expanded both capital equipment and service sales. He also led a global sales and service organisation as Commercial Director at GWS Printing Systems. During his tenure as Managing Director at manroland Sheetfed South Africa, he delivered a comprehensive organisational restructuring that significantly improved market visibility and business performance.

This experience closely aligns with his new role, which includes refining API Transfer Technologies’ organisational structure and culture. Known for his passionate, creative, and energetic leadership style, he is recognised for building long-term partnerships through a solutions-driven approach.

Three-pillar strategy for regional dominance

In his role as Regional General Manager, Daniel Constandse will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the European development for the ALDUS GROUP companies and brands API Transfer Technologies, Starfoil Technology and Newfoil Machines.

His responsibilities will centre on three core pillars:

  • Growth and market positioning: Implementation of targeted initiatives to expand market share and strengthen the market position of the companies and brands in the relevant regions.
  • Strengthening the customer experience: Enhancing service delivery and building deeper, more collaborative partnerships with clients.
  • Organisational structure and culture development: Fostering an agile, performance-oriented culture that empowers the regional team to achieve excellence.

Together, these priorities will help the companies of the ALDUS GROUP to further consolidate their position as the preferred partner in European markets.
