Innoform Coaching eGbR will transfer its business to the newly founded Innoform Coaching GmbH on 1 January 2026. With this step, the company is setting the course for sustainable growth, further development and a long-term strategy in the field of flexible packaging.
The managing directors of Innoform Coaching GmbH are Karsten Schröder and Julian Thielen, who previously worked for Karlville and Bischof + Klein, among others, and most recently as Head of ‘Made for Recycling’ at Interzero. While Karsten Schröder continues to stand for continuity, market knowledge and strategic orientation, Julian Thielen, as a new addition, strengthens the management team, particularly in the future fields of circular economy and fibre-based materials for flexible packaging. He will specifically expand these areas in terms of content and format and provide new impetus for the portfolio.
No changes for the customers
“For our customers, everything will remain reliable as usual in day-to-day business,” emphasises Karsten Schröder. “Programmes, formats and contact persons will remain the same. At the same time, the limited company structure gives us more room for manoeuvre to implement new ideas and formats more quickly and consistently.”
With Julian Thielen joining the management team, new priorities are also being set. “The circular economy and fibre-based packaging solutions are rapidly gaining in importance,” explains Julian Thielen. “We will significantly expand our offering in these areas – from specialised conferences and practical online formats to new, modular learning and dialogue concepts. I am very pleased to be able to focus entirely on the flexpack industry again and to further advance these future-oriented fields for our industry.”
The founding of Innoform Coaching GmbH is therefore primarily a structural and strategic step. For existing participants, speakers and partner companies, the collaboration under the familiar Innoform brand umbrella will remain unchanged in terms of content.
Continuous growth
With its new corporate form, Innoform Coaching is responding to the continuous growth of recent years and the increasing demands for qualification, regulation and knowledge transfer in the flexpack industry. The goal remains to act as a reliable partner for further training and networking in the field of flexible and, increasingly, fibre-based packaging in Europe and beyond.
Innoform Coaching has been offering conferences, seminars, webinars and Inno Talks on flexible packaging for over 20 years. The offering is aimed at specialists and managers from industry, trade and services along the entire value chain. From 1 January 2026, the training and events business will be managed entirely by Innoform Coaching GmbH.
