Oliver Funk will be joining the sales team at Neuenhauser Vorwald, a leading manufacturer of clamping elements, on 1 November 2025.
Funk has been known as an industry specialist for many years. “New colleague, new potential. We’re off to a flying start,” emphasises Gerd Bouwer, Head of Business Unit at Neuenhauser Vorwald.
Expertise, customer focus and technical experience
Neuenhauser Vorwald aims to further expand its market position and technologies thanks to Funk’s expertise, his customer focus and his many years of technical experience in winding technology. Vorwald has been manufacturing clamping elements for the paper, film and plastics industries for decades – generally for all markets in which web-shaped materials are processed.
In addition to clamping shafts, clamping heads and knife rolls for cutting, the company manufactures glass-hard, chrome-plated or coated rolls in all shapes and sizes. Other areas of business include the handling and transport of clamping elements and the transport of finished goods with trough wagons, as well as insertion and removal devices (including FEM and CE conformity).
“Nothing is impossible”
The portfolio is rounded off with winding cores for all materials with diameters from 100 mm to 800 mm and lengths up to 5,000 mm made of aluminium or steel. “Nothing is impossible (as long as it is technically feasible),” says Gerd Bouwer.
Vorwald produces and develops winding technology in all conceivable dimensions with and for its customers. Diameters from 12 mm to 1,100 mm and lengths up to 12 metres are part of everyday business in the in-house design department and state-of-the-art production facility.
With Oliver Funk, Neuenhauser Vorwald intends to further expand its product range, customer support and technical project planning.
