Sirius is Robatech’s new external pattern control with integrated pattern monitoring, offering companies in a wide range of industries maximum flexibility and efficiency in cold glue and hot melt application. The modular Sirius pattern control replaces the previous AS 30, AS 50, and AS 60 pattern controls.
Modular design for maximum flexibility
Sirius is available in three versions: Sirius Core, Sirius Flex, and Sirius Booster. The modular design allows the control system to be tailored to individual requirements. The pattern control can control different application heads via a maximum of 200 application channels, while the pattern monitoring can be used to monitor the presence of the adhesive application. This makes Sirius suitable for both smaller applications and extensive adhesive application systems with numerous application heads.
Fast switching times thanks to booster technology
With Sirius Booster, application heads can be specifically overexcited – for significantly faster switching times and precise application patterns at high speeds. At the same time, the booster module can lower the voltage of the application heads, which extends their lifetime and reduces operating costs.
Convenient, web-based operation
All versions of Sirius feature the intuitive, web-based RobaVis user interface. It allows control via the host machine, an external touch display, or a control device of your choice.
Easy integration – manufacturer-independent use
The Sirius pattern control can be used with adhesive application systems from Robatech as well as from third-party suppliers. Standardised interfaces such as Ethernet and common fieldbus systems ensure easy integration into existing production environments.
