Ulmex presents the Evolux 2000 Plus
Ulmex GmbH, exclusive Zecher sales partner for the Italian market and developer of the innovative Evolux laser cleaning systems for anilox rollers and sleeves, is focusing its presentation on the Evolux 2000 Plus. The Evolux 2000 Plus is a premium laser cleaning system for anilox rolls and sleeves that offers an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to cleaning methods using chemical cleaning agents. With Evolux, Ulmex relies on state-of-the-art and sustainable laser technology to clean sensitive roll surfaces particularly gently and with maximum performance. By using an Evolux laser cleaning system, customers can dispense with the use of chemical cleaning agents, which makes the systems particularly interesting for the food packaging sector.
Zecher Sneak Peek: New product rounds off service commitment
As a special highlight, Zecher will be offering an exclusive preview of a new product solution at K 2025 that will significantly expand its anilox roller service offering. Details will be announced during the trade fair. Visitors can look forward to a newly designed process that is intended to make the replacement of anilox rollers even more efficient and follows Zecher’s standardisation concept.
Zecher employees will also be on hand to provide information on topics such as the innovative Zecher C.P.T. engraving optimisation and the unique SteppedHex engraving. Both are innovations from Zecher that ensure improved and consistent print quality and more efficient ink consumption.
Zecher C.P.T. engraving optimisation is a thermal post-treatment following laser engraving and sets new standards in engraving technology. The smallest irregularities are removed and the cell walls are polished, which increases the mechanical stability of the roller surface and enables more precise ink transfer, even at varying printing speeds. In addition, the optimised structure of the cells makes the printing process less susceptible to imperfections, thereby enabling consistent and reproducible high quality.
The unique SteppedHex engraving features a unique cell geometry arranged in a special offset. It offers cost savings through optimised ink consumption and technical advantages such as
