Inuru opens new customer experience department in Warsaw

Inuru announces the move to a new location in Warsaw and simultaneously the opening of the brand-new Customer Experience Department. This department serves as the interface between customers, design, and the production of OLED technology.

In addition to the Customer Experience Architects, the department includes its own design and production unit that aims to help users of Inuru technology achieve the best balance between user interaction and cost-effectiveness. The Customer Experience Architects are the first point of contact for interested customers from all industries. They provide consultation and initiate the corresponding departments at Inuru to quickly develop applications. For this purpose, the CE department has established its own Rapid Prototyping Department, separate from mass production and R&D in Wildau. This approach aims to accelerate the time to market.

Creating comprehensive solutions for customers

“The Customer Experience Department is a crucial element of our philosophy. We don’t sell, but create comprehensive solutions for our customers, that help their product meet consumer and regulatory expectations. We enable them to establish new products with light or to replace outdated LED or EL technology with a more sustainable and crisp OLED solution,” says Marcin Ratajczak, CEO of Inuru.

In the new department, customers will not only see solutions and prototypes developed but also complete solution paths for integration into the supply chain. The department began working on setting up the new Customer Experience Center in June, with the goal of officially opening in Q3 2024. Inuru will soon invite customers from around the world to view the latest applications with light, as well as developers who wish to use their technology to develop new products and celebrate this major milestone with the company.

The new Customer Experience Center is located in Warsaw, on the right side of the Vistula River, five minutes from Warsaw East Station, in the emerging Warsaw Praga district.
