PSA Technology GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of customized winders and slitter rewinders for plastic films, composite materials, paper, aluminum or nonwovens. We build automatic unwinders, fully automatic winders with inline slitting, fully automatic short roll winders, semi and fully automatic slitter rewinders or automatic core cutters for winding and fully automatic packaging solutions.
Many of the products and packaging we use every day start out as rolls in the production process: hygiene articles, beverage bottle sleeves, wallpaper rolls, medical films or non wovens, banknotes or decorative webs for the furniture industry. Whenever special requirements are required in the slitting and winding process, individually designed machines are being demanded. We have the opportunity, through our experienced team, to individually design, develop and manufacture even challenging and complex machines. That‘s why we have our own design team that designs every single PSA machine. We also have our own manufacturing facility, where 95% of all manufacturing parts can be manufactured in-house, enabling us to guarantee short delivery times when servicing is required. Our own electrical and mechanical assembly and our own programmers round off our know-how and enable us to customize your machine at any time.
We can therefore access our existing systems and implement only minor changes or design completely new concepts, depending on your needs.
