One of our manufacturing facilities in Orkoien, Spain, is fully dedicated to coating technologies. In addition, we operate two laboratory testing facilities equipped with UV hot melt pilot lines: one at our headquarters in Cincinnati, USA, and another in Orkoien, Spain. Our most comprehensive solutions for the coating industry are the LP Series Coating Lines. These systems integrate Akura hot melt coating applicators with the Inspekt range of quality assurance systems, along with a variety of unwinder and rewinder configurations. Suitable for hot melt and UV hot melt processes, these coating lines support applications such as tapes, medical tapes, graphics, protective films, and label manufacturing across industries including textiles, flexible packaging, and automotive. All our coating equipment is supported by an extensive global service organization, combining more than 75 direct field technicians with a broad, authorized distributor network to deliver responsive and reliable post-sales service worldwide.
