15 conferences and technical seminars scheduled, with over 70 specialised companies exhibiting
Leading experts and companies in the adhesives and sealants industry will come together to discuss market prospects and explore the latest technological innovations. The occasion will be ABS Europe 2026 – Adhesive Bonding & Sealants, the first specialised trade show dedicated to this industry in Italy and the Mediterranean region, taking place from 27 to 29 October 2026 at Vicenza Exhibition Centre, Italy.
Organised by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and A151, the event aims to establish itself as a new referencempoint for a cross-sector, strategically important industry whose products are used across numerous areas of Italian manufacturing and in which Italy plays a leading role in developing new products and application solutions.
Conference programme
The ABS Europe 2026 conference programme will open on Tuesday, 27 October, with the inaugural session entitled “The Adhesives and Sealants Industry in Italy”, organised by the Adhesives and Sealants Group of AVISA, the national association affiliated with Federchimica representing manufacturers of adhesives and sealants. The session will present the latest data on market developments and the international positioning of Italian-made products.
Over the three days of the event, approximately 15 conferences and workshops will take place, featuring more than 50 high-profile speakers and covering some of the most relevant topics for the industry: materials and biomaterials, sustainability and the circular economy, bonding and debonding-on-demand technologies, applications in construction, woodworking, automotive, batteries and electronics, as well as solutions for extreme environments and the aerospace industry, alongside numerous other fields of application.
The morning of 29 October will be dedicated to Medical & Pharma Day, focusing on biocompatibility in adhesive and sealant formulations and applications, with an in-depth look at their use in medical, clinical and surgical settings.
Exhibition with many innovations
The exhibition area will host over 70 leading companies from the industry. Among the many innovations on display will be adhesive dispensing and application equipment, new progressive cavity pumps for volumetric dispensing of liquid adhesives, UV LED curing lamps for resins, equipment for mechanical and ageing tests on adhesives and sealants, automatic machines for precision slitting of rolls, and robotic systems for dispensing silicones and solvents. Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover the latest products available on the market, including bonding solutions, foams, tapes, adhesives, resins, paints, coatings, laminates and films. Exhibiting companies will also provide a range of live demonstrations of new machinery and equipment.

ABS Europe 2026 benefits from a cooperation agreement with the Adhesives and Sealants Group of AVISA-Federchimica, as well as the support of other leading industry organisations, including the Italian Association of Chemical Engineering (AIDIC), the Italian Chemical Society (SCI) and UNICHIM, the Italian standardisation association for the chemical industry. The trade show will take place alongside A&T Vicenza, the exhibition dedicated to automation, robotics, testing and digital manufacturing, and Expo Industria, the exhibition focusing on welding, tools, robotics, industrial technologies and safety.
