IBD Wickeltechnik GmbH is further expanding its technical sales team. With Mirko Knappmeier, an experienced sales engineer is joining the team, who will provide hands-on technical consulting to customers in Germany and internationally – directly on site.
Solutions in industrial winding technology
For more than 30 years, IBD Wickeltechnik has stood for solutions in industrial winding technology – from individual components through to integrated system solutions for machine builders and production companies. To bring this expertise even closer to existing and new projects, the company is now specifically investing in the expansion of its technical sales team.
In his new role, Mirko Knappmeier is active in field sales both nationally and internationally. His focus lies in technical consulting in a direct project environment: he analyses requirements, assesses existing processes and supports the design as well as the integration of solutions from the IBD portfolio – both for existing installations and in OEM environments for new machines and plant concepts.
Technical consulting and solution-oriented project work
The goal is even closer, technically sound support – from the initial concept phase through to successful implementation. With this personnel expansion, IBD Wickeltechnik underlines the high value it places on technical consulting and solution-oriented project work. Customers and partners benefit from shorter response times, a stronger presence within the project, and continuous technical support throughout the entire winding process.
