Effective from 1 January 2024, Ferrarini & Benelli has entered a partnership with German agent IBD Wickeltechnik, aimed at consolidating the company’s presence and spreading its know-how in the field of surface treatment solutions in Germany.
IBD will support Ferrarini & Benelli in business partnerships with German customers in all fields of corona treatment applications, from evaluation of the treatment requirement and system design to after-sales, with technical assistance and timely spare parts service.
Serving German customers more quickly and efficiently
According to the Italian manufacturer, this partnership makes sure that the treatment needs of German customers can be fulfilled even more quickly and efficiently, by coming up with the best solutions to solve any adhesion problem. IBD will support Ferrarini & Benelli’s sales and technical team to provide customers with useful advice on the use and routine maintenance of the treatment systems and to make them aware of the full range of solutions offered by Ferrarini & Benelli in Germany.
This collaboration is reported to represent a great opportunity and an important milestone for the company’s positioning at the European level. “We are very pleased to have embarked on this collaboration, we have confidence in the IBD sales team and we are certain that we can consolidate our presence in Germany,” reports Marco Pagani, Ferrarini & Benelli sales manager.
The IBD team will directly support Ferrarini & Benelli at drupa 2024, the next major European trade fair, in which the company will participate as an exhibitor.
